Arizona's April Car Shows
There are few things in this world that car enthusiasts love more than a good old fashion car show. Hours of meticulous work for all to see, fresh paint jobs and the smell of hot dogs and hamburgers. In fact you don’t even have to be a car enthusiast to like a good car show. While Show n’ Shines and the cars shows are generally the main attraction, they are usually not the only thing to do. Most car shows are accompanied by a wide variety of family entertainment. Where old fashion vehicles abound, old fashion entertainment is close to follow. Fifties Fun 50’s music and live bands, 50’s dances and 50’s garb are not a rarity. The food is plentiful and the car memorabilia venders are many. Whether you are car enthusiast or just looking for something to this weekend you may find what you are looking for at a nearby car show. If you live in or near Arizona and are looking for a car show in April, you won’t have to look hard. With over 20 car shows and cruises in Arizona in the month of April alone. There are multiple shows going on every weekend. All you need to do is figure out what weekend you want to go and which one sounds the most interesting. “What are our options?” you might ask. Just to name a few, you have Breath of Life Car Show and the Chrome in the Dome Car Show. Breath of Life Car Show The Breath of Life Car Show is supporting a noble cause, all benefits of this show go to Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis and its work to find a treatment and cure for this always fatal disease. The show is excepting a wide range of cars, cars from all the way back to the 1800’s to modern day electric and hybrid. You may be thinking that it is strange that they are allowing modern day electric and hybrid cars, after all that is not usually the type of car that dominates or is even allowed in most car shows, but rest assured there is a very valid reason. It has to do with the purpose of the show. It is the Breath of Life Car Show; electric and hybrid cars enter the picture with the purpose of demonstrating technology can go a long way in giving us a ‘Breath of Life.’ Along with the car show there will also be entertainment, plenty of food and drink, a 50/50 raffle and fun and games for the whole family. For those that are interested in attending it will be held Saturday, April 9th, 2011 at Trilogy at Vistancia Parking Lot in Peoria, Arizona and it is free of cost to spectators. Chrome in the Dome Car Show Did you know that Springerville, Arizona has a Domed football field? “Yah, big deal,” you’re probably thinking, but there is something different about this Domed Football field, It is the only High School Domed football field in existence and it just so happens to be where the 9th Annual Chrome in the Dome Car show is being held. It will be held April 15th and 16th in Round Valley High School Dome, Springerville, Arizona. So if you are in the area, like classic cars, choppers, food and raffles come check it out. Dwayne, sense I live in Arizona I wanted to tell you about the car show we are putting on at our church. http://highlandsriders.com/carbikeshow.html And a car show that I go to almost every week after church "CRUZ'N @ PHIL'S" is an informal gathering of Auto Enthusiasts on Sunday (except interruptions for other major events) afternoons 12:00N - 4:00pm through May 22, 2011 at PHIL'S Filling Station Grill 16852 E. Parkview Avenue in Fountain Hills, AZ where Fine Foods, Beverages and magnificent Rides are enjoyed with an emphasis on relaxation with "No Club, No Dues, No Officers, No Politics, just nice people with magnificent Rides. Anyone else in Arizona have any favorites?

Check out this page to see the information we will need to get you listed. http://www.arizonascarshows.com/addacarshow.aspx He have a lot of Church and School organized shows on our lists (we have lists for Northern and Southern California, Oregon, Nevada and of course Arizona. It's pretty close to the time of the show so you probably want to send in the information as soon as possible. Unfortunately we don't have a way to list weekly meets at this time. Possible sometime in the future, I'm working on some ideas to be able to add those to the list.
One of these days I will get an all-chrome car and enter it in the Chrome in the Dome show.

I've seen cars that are covered with gold leaf. I can't imagine driving a car that is all chrome or the gold. The refection would be terrible, but they look cool, shiny always attracts. :)
